1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Linkily Business Solutions. By submitting an application, engaging our services, or using linkily.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Services

Linkily provides bookkeeping, payroll processing, HR services, and licensed financial planning and insurance products including annuities, IUL, term life, workers' compensation, and business liability insurance.

3. Plans and Pricing

All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Pricing is in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice to active clients.

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly. Invoices unpaid after 15 days may incur a 1.5%/month late fee. Services may be suspended after 30 days of non-payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for your selected services. Linkily is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate or late submissions.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it solely to deliver or receive contracted services.

7. Not Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice

Linkily does not provide legal advice, tax filing services, or securities recommendations. Consult a licensed attorney, CPA, or registered investment advisor for those needs. Financial planning products are offered through licensed professionals.

8. Limitation of Liability

Linkily's total liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Linkily against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, inaccurate information provided, or violation of applicable law.

10. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Cancellation takes effect at end of the current billing month. Outstanding invoices become immediately due upon termination. We deliver a final copy of your records within 30 days.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes are resolved first through informal negotiation, then binding arbitration per AAA rules. Class action waiver applies.
